This recipe is very versatile. I've put it out here in parts so that you can use however much you need for your family.
3 parts Crushed Corn Flakes
2 parts Parmesan cheese
Onion Salt
Garlic Salt
Mix
whole eggs; beaten (depending on how much you are doing)
Chicken, cut into strips. (you can also do nuggets or whole breast pieces. Adjust cooking time accordingly)
I usually cook about 1 1/2 lbs of chicken and need about 1 cup crushed corn flakes and 2/3 cup cheese and a shake each of the onion and garlic salt and 2 eggs. This makes enough for my family of 6 to have a small portion and we add some side dishes to round out the meal.
Instructions:
Roll chicken strips in egg and then in Cornflake mixture and set on a buttered tray. Bake @ 350 for about 25 minutes and enjoy! Yum yum
